Maryville city officials are asking voters to approve a $50 million bond issue today to finance replacing its 1958 water treatment plant with new plant.
The city must obtain voter approval to tap the Missouri Clean Water State Revolving Fund, which provides below-market interest rates and flexible financing for water infrastructure projects.
